Friday the 13th...

There is no MilSpouse Friday Fill In today, but I don't have the brainpower to answer even five simple questions. I am trying to get a house, two cars, a 1/2 acre yard and six kids ready for R&R (not to mention the work I need to do on myself!). I have spent the last week month threatening my children that dad will run all the way back to Iraq if he walks into the house looking like this.

I am also trying to get caught up on *work*, so that I don't have to worry about anything for two whole weeks and just enjoy the Soldier being here.

*If* the Army manages to get him home in a decent time frame (i.e. not sit in Ireland for a week), he should make it home in time for a dance recital, a 10th birthday and a high-school graduation. It is going to be crazy...I just hope we both survive. And I pray that when we have to put him back on the plane, I won't lose it at the airport.

I will try and post a time or two when he is home, but no promises. I will keep putting free Kindle books on my Facebook page as I find them.

I am off to the shop to have my car aligned and the oil changed, so that I can prove I did it at least once while the Soldier was gone.
